don't On 3/17/24 my mother went out to visit my niece because her birthday is this week and due to them not allowing her to have visitation during the week and her birthday is during the week her counselor sent many different emails requesting things for her on today and then we get there and the counselor all of sudden is always outta town and the staff came up with a hand ful of lies and bs to the point it upset my 12 year old niece that she cried her whole visit the staff at youth villages Rose center for girls they have the most disrespectful and rude and poor lack of care for the girls and there family's but I'm going to the news first thing in the morning and I will have an full investigation for the rose center for girls because they hire some of the lowest of the lowest of people and imma see to it that all the girls get home to there family's and that youth villages for girls. Is closed down and never open up again they are the worse kind of people smile in ur face and then mistreat those kids. Time they family leaves the parking lot but they can count there days because the *** has just hit the fan

Claims to be in-home counseling with flexible scheduling which sounds great on the surface level. Not flexible when emergencies happen.

Claims non-compliance of safety requirements when not everything fits in the lock box and they promise to bring a second one but they discharge the next day after bringing it. Then find out there's a home inspection -- so you better have perfect furniture and a clean home without any clutter or they will say they cannot complete the inspection. They don't care about the health and safety of young animals, just their protocols. My son had their services for a short time, of which he has some learning and communication issues.

He never thought about suicide on a regular basis until they started pushing him asking for ideas on how to follow through multiple times a week.

Honestly, I am glad they are gone as I think he would have been psychologically damaged from this program. Find a real psychologist.

We had 4 foster siblings for 3 years. Mom gave up her right at the encouragement of DCS Warren County.

Dad is homeless and is supposed to lose his rights this month. We were ready to adopt.

I fought for one of the older children to seek outside therapy with a male and YV did not like that. YV spent 18 months telling me it was unethical even though they could not provide any proof as I had read the complete ethics guide to psychology. They also made comments about how they would lose money if other providers filed Insurance.

Feb 28 I was sick and my husband was Injured and my daughter asked for respite for 3 days.

Keep in mind we had only had respite 1x in 3 years because they could never find anyone to respite 4 kids at once. We made it work.

On a Saturday we had a family cookout and one of my children misunderstood something that my husband had said and repeated it to my daughter who then vaguely repeated it to YV counselor. After that she told her boss who told dcs who told her boss. NOONE except the one person spoke to anyone in this family about anything.

They were Informed I was ill and on meds and in bed yet they continued to message me.

The supervisor Natasha lied about why they didn't contact my husband for the CFTM. Said she didn't know my husband's mental state when in fact I had spoken to our therapist the day after I went to the er and my husband spoke to her the next day. They also continued to message me about other things.

Prior to this we were the best foster parent they had ever had. I have a dcs worker than can attest to that fact.

The supervisor made up things as she went along as to why they took the kids. We provided certified letters from providers showing he is ok. Showed reports from the er that he in fact did not go to the er that day for mental health as they were claiming. Provided documents from fast pace that shows he went for his foot not mental health.

When we received the letter of removal from YV it was generic.

Per administrative policies and procedures 16.27 DCS is required to provide certain. Forms by law, that did not happen. The FSW stated YV agreed to provide it which they did not.

We hired an attorney to go to administrative court. She did interrogaties with the therapist and supervisor from YV Clarksville and the FSW from Warren County.

They all gave conflicting information. The supervisor from YV answer to everything was I don't know this is what I was told. She in fact never spoke to us nor did DCS speak to us and follow up on anything regarding their contractor.

We did depositions which we paid alot of money for to ensure they were transcribed by a court reporter from the 3 of them. Again, they were telling conflicting information, DCS nor Natasha knew anything that was said other than word of mouth.

Less than 48 hours before we were to go to court, in a regular court this is not allowed, they found the only case that had any precedence in foster parents getting children returned and found if the home is closed they can't do it. Less than 24 hours prior to court DCS Warren County filed to have my appeal for return dismissed.

The judge allowed us 10 days to file an appeal. We went to a supervisory review with higher up people at YV and felt pretty good about it. Our son and daughter cleared up any confusion about what was really said, my husband told them what he really said, we provided all documentation to the board and received an answer today they are upholding the closure.

We recorded this whole meeting.

Here's the worst part. When they sent us our letter of closure on Aug 9th, they back dated it to July 18th, presumably to prevent any type of review. They gave generic reasons on the letter as well. Failure to provide supervision, which has never ever been an issue.

2nd reason was due to security reasons. The security reasons were my husband's mental health which again we went to all doctors needed, provided certified letters, had our children testify as to what was and wasn't said and they are still standing their ground. Oh, and they closed us in good standing so we can still be a foster home elsewhere.

So now we are left contacting every news agency in the country, trying to figure out how to sue them in regular court and set a precedence so this doesn't happen to other children.

There is not one thing that they have said that we do not have proof of sitting at our lawyers office that isn't true. So now there are 4 children who are going to end up in foster care for life when there is a loving family who wants to love, guide, and provide for them.

We ensured we had documentation of everything so that neither YV nor DCS could say that's not what happened, that's not what was said, or we can't discuss anything dealing with children. We made sure we had documentation of everything for evidence to prove them wrong with anything they try to come at us with.

The only thing we can't prove on paper is the real reason they took them is for money.

We can prove that the meeting that approved them to go to an outside therapist and them taking the kids were 4 to 5 weeks apart. YV only has 27 to 35 children at a time and loosing 4 at a time would be financially detrimental to them.

I would never suggest going with Youth Villages if you're in it for the children and not the money.

My foster Daughter came into my home on Nov. 24th 2022 and I would have gotten to adopt her this past Nov 24th 2023 but in September she was taken from school and I was given no reason why and still do not know, I was lied to that I would be included in a Ctfm meeting but was not, I called the guardian of lightem and was still blown off, My foster Daughter had only opened up to me and she loved my daughters as her own sisters, I had taken all classes and requirements plus taken my foster daughter to every single appointment that was needed for her,youth villages should be shut down, they are liers and they do not help the children ,My foster Daughter hated taking to them and she had at least 7/9 treatment people that came to see her every time she got use to one they quit and she had another so that should tell you that no one wants to ever work for their agency, all the ever ask my foster Daughter was how was school is everything ok and it was the same all the time also they would be late exspect me to sit and wait for them but if I was 5 sec late coming from church they threatened to remove my foster Daughter, I am very upset, I Love that little girl with all my heart and she was going to be apart of my family but was ripped away and I was given no reason why, these agencies need to be investigated because in my opinion they are neglecting and abusing these children also and are making millions off of these innocent children are being taken away from their homes and foster homes just as soon as its time for adoption, something needs to be done!

There's a teacher at youth villages arlington campus who has an addiction problem . She also sells her body for money.

Her own personal life and care for her children is low to say the least. Corinne Hutchison is on multiple sex apps as well as makes videos on multiple sites. She has many male visitors in our apartment complex. Arguing ,fighting , leaves her minor children alone while out with multiple males.

The memphis police department was called on the unsupervised minors at 2:30 in the morning.

We in the apartments around them have had a poor quality of life since Corinne has moved in. Please be more selective in who you let tech your children.the private or anonymous ones at the bottom are her and her husband lifesaver and his new wife chastiy.
